SCHOLAR DESCRIPTION

I am currently pursuing a Master's in Performing Arts Management at Accademia Teatro alla Scala and POLIMI Graduate School of Management, in collaboration with Piccolo Teatro, after graduating with a Masters degree in Flute Performance from the University of Malta under the tutelage of Dr Rebecca Hall and Prof Michael Laus. During this Masters, I followed a 2-year internship with the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra as a 2nd flute player with occasional piccolo playing whereby, I performed in symphonic concerts and opera. As my passion for the performing arts keeps growing, I am currently in New York City working as a marketing intern at the Metropolitan Opera House. This programme combines artistic skills with business management in the performing arts industry. I aim to further my artistic career and contribute to the cultural and creative sector.
